How to Fill up the PAN Application : When you apply PAN card there is very important point is fill up the PAN Application online and offline

Are you going to apply PAN card in India you need to follow the below guidelines.

You need take care of your surname/last name it should be appear on the Permanent Account Number(PAN) card and first name and middle name can be written in short form on the card
Initials must be expanded in Surname/last name and father name.
Photograph Background must be plain color and no stamps or signature on the photograph
Signature must be on respective box only, Thumb Impression Must be attested.
Id proof and Address proof must be provided(Ration Card, Voter ID,Bank Statement of Last 6 Months,Gas bill of last 6 months, Telephone bill of last 6 months.passport, Driving licence, Gazetted office letter issued by MLA,MP,Muncipal Chairman, Muncipal councilor,Certificate issued by Diputy collector,MRO etc)
