Children's Deferred Endowment Assurance designed to provide the life insuranc to the children by parents or  relative or guardian.This insurance plan 2 stages.  One is deferred date to maturity date second is  Date of commencement of plan to the deferred date i.e. at the age of  21 years.

In this policy  you can pay the premium monthly,quarterly,half-yearly and yearly. Eligibility for this policy   10 years. If case of death monthly  premiums can be windup and the rest of the premiums waived same benefits  utilized by policy proposer i.e. Parents or relative or legal guardian. If death occurred before deferred date all the premiums paid will be refunded.On maturity  total assured amount and bonus will be paid at a time.

  If you want surrend the policy you need to wait 3 or more years if it after the deferred date and the  period is less than 10 years 90%  of premiums can be paid  if the deferment period is more than 10 years 90% premiums and 30% of premiums which are paid after the deferment date will be paid.

If it is before  scheduled period 90% premiums by excluding the first year premium will be paid.
