Very New Policy Offered by New India Assurance:One of the Largest Gener Insuarance company in India released a very new  Insurance Policy for the lower Income people which covers accident,medical and life insurance.

According to the Chairman and managing director of New India Assurance Company G Srinivasan "This policy will collect annuall premium of Rs.800 and
 cover of Rs 1 lakh to the family in case of death, critical illness and other hospitalisation costs under Rs 20,000-30,000.  The plan also offers accident cover"

According to the data  India is the 10th largest life insurance market globally and 19th in the general insurance space. and "Since last three years, the non-life sector has grown by 20 per cent and is growing by 15 per cent so far this year. About 25 per cent people are covered
 under non-life, of which only 14-15 per cent are covered under health, mostly because government is paying for it and the 60-70 per cent are under motor cover"

Hence The Insurance Products  need to reach the bottom level of the Country needs cover all catagories of the people by offering lowest premium policies like this
